Customization

In order to give the best possible prices, we do not customize any of our boxes. We will work with partners to customize boxes on larger orders. 

Yes. You can add a gift message to single box purchases. When you go to the detail page, simply add your message. We'll then print it out and add it to the top of the box. 

Expiration Dates

We take a great deal of pride in providing fresh snacks in all of our boxes. There are some snacks that inherently don't have a long shelf life - even as they come out of the factory (typical of chips & pretzels). They are sometimes limited to only 45 to 60 days of freshness when they are produced. When we ship our boxes, all snacks have at least 45 days to be enjoyed. A majority of them have 90 or more days to enjoy. 

Returns

While we want to make sure anyone receiving one of our boxes is completely satisfied, we realize that sometimes things don't always work as planned. We don't accept packages that have already been opened but we'll work with you to make things right. Just get in contact with us here and we'll decide how best we can resolve your issue. We think that's fair and hope you do too.

Shipping

In nearly all cases, your order will ship within one business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be mailed on the next business day.

  1. Your order typically leave our facility on the next business day after the order is received and will typically arrive within 2 - 5 business days after that (depending on your location). We're based in Cumming, Georgia (about 30 miles north of Atlanta) and use UPS, USPS & Fedex to ship our products. The timing of when shipments will be received is based loosely on the map below:



We only ship our boxes to the contiguous 48 United States. 

We do not ship to prisons or correctional facilties. Outside shipments are typically rejected. If an item is shipped to a correctional institution or prison and the person does not receive it, no refunds will be issued.

We pack the snacks inside of a Mr. Snackbox branded box (as shown on the home page). They are then placed inside of another cardboard box a little larger than the Mr. Snackbox. While we cannot guarantee items in the box won't shift during shipping, we can promise you we'll use the utmost care in preparing it for shipping. We believe part of the experience for receiving a gift is that it should look good when received. That's why we use an outer box to protect the Mr. Snackbox during shipping. 

We sure do! Just make sure the APO/FPO addresses are completed properly. 

You should allow up to 21 days for the package to arrive at a military APO/FPO address.

  • Write out the service member's full name in the address - All mail sent to the Military must be addressed to someone specific; addressing mail to "Any Service Member" is no longer permitted by the USPS.
  • Include the unit and box (where applicable) into Address Line 1.
  • In the 'City' field, enter APO/FPO/DPO 

NOTE: APO is used for Air/Army Post Office; FPO is used for Fleet Post Office; DPO is used for Diplomatic Post Office.
  • From the State field, select:
    •  Armed Forces - AE is the abbreviation for Armed Forces. It is used for armed forces in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Canada
    •  Armed Forces Pacific - AP is the abbreviation for Armed Forces Pacific and is used for the Pacifics
    •  Armed Forces America - AA is the abbreviation for Armed Forces America and it excludes Canada
  • Then enter in a 5 digit zip.
  • In the country field, enter United States.

Web Orders

We do sell our boxes on other platforms. However, not all of our boxes are available for sale on other platforms. All of our boxes sold from this web site are packaged when orders are received by us. Thus, products will typically be fresher and will be shipped directly from us to you without any middleman. 

While we're thrilled you've decided to purchase a Mr. Snackbox from any of our partners, ordering directly from us offers several advanctages. 

  • Only on this site do you get BIG savings on our boxes when you order in multi-packs
  • We'll ship the box(es) directly from us to you (or your intended recipient) ensuring the box will make minimal stops before reaching the recipient
  • We'll use the utmost care in packaging your box into an outer box to minimize any shipping damage that may occur
  • We guarantee products leaving our facility do so with at least 45 days before expiring
